Payment Policies:
Billing is conducted as a fixed monthly rate and tuition is due at the first lesson of each month. If the first lesson is missed, payment should be mailed. As a result of the cost and service of being mobile, credits are only given in the instance of teacher cancellation. In this case, a credit will then be reflected in the following month’s payment. Due to the high volume of students, this policy is necessary to ensure that those who most want their lessons are able to keep them reserved even in their absence. Arrangements can be made for students who will be taking a break for a month or longer.
Please note: Tuition rates are charged as 4 lessons per month regardless of whether students receive an extra lesson (which does happen every couple of months). There are 52 weeks in the year, and students pay for 48, this comes out even since there are 4 weeks that I do not teach. Those weeks are Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and the two weeks of Christmas Break. Please mark these on your calendar so you are prepared.
